Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years' experience across Accounting and Finance, with strong focus on regulatory and statutory compliance.
At least 10 years in leadership and people management roles, preferably within the Japanese electronics or semiconductor industry.

Proficient in computer-based accounting and financial systems, preferably MSD 365
Able to collaborate effectively with peers across different departments
Experienced in preparing comparative analysis and management reports
Capable of recommending effective solutions to issues and operational challenges
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting concepts to non-accountants
Confident in delivering presentations to cross-functional teams
Knowledgeable in regulatory and statutory requirements affecting accounting operations in a manufacturing company.
